Buying a new automobile is an exciting life event. Unfortunately, every once in a while, the vehicle does not perform as it should. This was the case with my recent LR4 purchase. This may sound like the beginning of a negative review but I can tell you that my experience was completely positive. Every person that I dealt with was wonderful. From my sales person, John Kurland, to the service manager, Joe Scaturchio, and general manager of the dealership, Mike Ellor, each and every one of them were professional, knowledgeable, supportive and accommodating. We all worked together to rectify the situation to my complete satisfaction. I will be a loyal customer of this dealership for many years to come and look forward to upgrading in the future!
